OS: Kubuntu Questing daily image
Steps to reproduce:
1: Boot the ISO.
2: Click "Try Kubuntu".
3: Open the Start Menu, search for "OEM", and click the OEM installation button.
4: Proceed with the installation.
5: Reboot into the OEM preparation session.
6:: Double-click "Finish OEM preparation".
7: Confirm that you want to finish OEM preparation.
8: Reboot.
Expected result: First-time setup session appears with a properly themed
Calamares window.
Actual result: The Calamares window is not properly themed, it's
scrunched up into one corner, there's lots of blank space to the right
and bottom. If you proceed through the setup process, the confirmation
window that pops up near the end will have no window decorations,
suggesting there isn't any window manager running. The first time setup
session *does* seem to be functional though.
