I think the test plan should be run on all architectures, because lscpu could have different output somewhere I suppose. At the very least, we need arm64 and a non-arm64, but I would really prefer in all arches. But I'll leave that to the SRU reviewer. At least it bin:util-linux is available in all architectures.
