That log appears to be working and not really related to the problems
here.

Please see if you can use some combination of:

  journalctl -b-1 > prevboot1.txt
  journalctl -b-2 > prevboot2.txt
  ...

to collect a log of one of the failing 6.14 boots (not in recovery
mode).

If you can't collect a log showing the problem then try removing the
kernel parameters 'quiet' and 'splash' so that you can see on screen
what is going wrong while the freeze happens.
