I can see three big problems to start with:

1. That log is from an unsupported kernel version 6.11. It should be
6.14 by now.

2. The kernel is crashing in the zfs driver. You need a better driver or
to avoid ZFS.

3. The Nvidia Xorg driver is failing to load because you have a mixture
of versions 550.163.01 and 550.120 installed.

Focussing on just the third issue, please purge your Nvidia packages:

  sudo apt purge '*nvidia*550*'

and then reboot. Hopefully the system will then work long enough for you
to install a new driver via the 'Additional Drivers' app. Although I am
still worried about the ZFS crashes.
