Public bug reported:
The perf and bpftool binaries are missing from linux-
tools-6.14.0-1011-nvidia (and older).
When running perf and bpftool, the wrapper scripts for these utilities
report being unable to find the corresponding binaries for the running
kernel, and prompt to install e.g. the linux-tools-6.14.0-1011-nvidia
package, even when it is already installed.
This is resolved in the short term by adjusting the packaging to build
perf and bpftool include the binaries in the linux-
tools-6.14.0-1011-nvidia{,-64k} packages as was done in previous NVIDIA
HWE kernels.
