[Impact]
MTK MT7925 needs to support MBSSID which is a common feature on WiFi 6/7 on
driver side.
[Fix]
MTK provides a patch which is included in linux mainline to fix this issue

[Test]
1. Power on any platforms (Arwing-H-DVT2-C10) with MTK MT7925 wifi adapter
2. Use `hostapd` to turn on AP mode with `ieee80211ax=1, multiple_bssid=1` in
hostapd.conf for wifi interface
3. Use another ubuntu machine and issue the command `sudo iw dev wlp1s0 scan |
grep -A10 "SSID:`
4. Check is `IE: Multiple BSSID: count` shows in the beacon
[Where problems could occur]
This patch only turns on MBSSID capability on the MT7925 firmware. Should be
low risk of regression
