Here's mine:

$sudo dmesg | grep -i nouveau

nouveau 0000:01:00.0: NVIDIA GT216 (0a5480a2)
nouveau 0000:01:00.0: bios: version 70.16.45.00.05
nouveau 0000:01:00.0: vgaarb: deactivate vga console

nouveau 0000:01:00.0: drm: failed to create ce channel, -22
nouveau 0000:01:00.0: drm: MM: using COPY for buffer copies
nouveau 0000:01:00.0: drm: Skipping nv_backlight registration
[drm] Initialized nouveau 1.4.0 for 0000:01:00.0 on minor 0
fbcon: nouveaudrmfb (fb0) is primary device
nouveau 0000:01:00.0: [drm] fb0: nouveaudrmfb frame buffer device

I don't know how much of this ^ matters, but I did have some errors
which I fixed:

https://nouveau.freedesktop.org/VideoAcceleration.html

So the error messages don't show anymore, so I guess that helped with
something??? I don't know. Anyway, the above is my current readout for
the dmesg query. It's still not working and stuck at a much larger
resolution than my laptop can display...

I hope we can get this fixed! :)
