Your system appears to be in an odd state. Most of the packages are from
Ubuntu 22.04 (Jammy), but before the error you appear to be installing
simplescreenrecorder with versions of 24.04 (Noble). Did you
accidentally update apt sources lists to Noble without doing a proper
upgrade?
