[Impact]
In order to make it easier for people to deploy commonly used
configuration items in NGINX on a regular basis without the Debian nginx
maintainers to maintain the items as part of the core package, I created
nginx-snippets and uploaded it to Debian as a new package.
It is a Native package with no heavy dependencies on nginx or nginx-
common, however it is designed to work alongside any NGINX installation
to provide configuration snippets that can be useful (such as predefined
TLS items like cipherstrings, proxy_pass arguments for different
headers, etc.).
This was made available in Plucky courtesy of Debian autosyncs, but it
had been patched recently in Ubuntu (and is currently in -proposed in
both Plucky and Questing's SRU queues) to fix a half-broken installer.
Version 1.1 from Debian that is part of Resolute now thanks to autosyncs
is fully functional.
Including this in Noble will make for a positive addition to the
packages for use with nginx on the current LTS release.

Reasoning: Resolute has the 1.1 version which is *effectively* the same
as the 1.0... SRU version that is pending in -proposed. They are
effectively identical and even a downgrade shouldn't cause any issues.

This package is a very simple utility package, is arch:all, and does not
have any rdeps or direct dependencies that would cause issues with
inclusion or updating. It is not version-locked to any NGINX version as
it contains flat files and not compiled code, therefore it is a viable
candidate for backporting as it is a trivial backport.

`apt`.
