Public bug reported:

[Impact]
The ufs controller reports not ready to accept UIC command during fwts S3 test,
and disk lost connection, can’t do I/O anymore.

[Fix]
Intel provides a series of patches to fix this issue
https://lore.kernel.org/linux-scsi/[email protected]/

[Test]
Runs the following command on the device with ufs disk, and the disk should
keep working well after the test
   sudo fwts s3 --s3-multiple=30

[Where problems could occur]
It mainly preserves the hba->spm_lvl(desired UFS power management level) before
suspend and restore the value after resume for the ufs. It doesn't look like to
introduce any regressions.
