Adding a valid eol.json makes the log line disappear, but the empty "Upgrade failed with the following output" window persists. So unfortunately it's not the lowest-hanging fruit :(
Confirmed that I can reproduce this issue with the following sequence: 1. Install Kubuntu 25.04 ISO in VM 2. apt update && apt full-upgrade 3. Reboot 4.
