* The X11 DDX is used when running on an A+N system (which defaults to X11) or in cases that a user manually changed. * On the older DDX crashes are observed with MST docks * On the older DDX tearing is observed * On the older DDX crashes are observed with certain DRM properties * All those issues are fixed in the current DDX (25.0.0). [ Test Plan ] * Update to newer DDX * Manually switch session to X11, or use A+N system * Verify that docks work * Verify that log out/login works [ Where problems could occur ] * Problems would be unique to designs with AMD APU or dGPU. * Problems would occur only when NVIDIA GPU present or a user manually switched to X11 session.
