Public bug reported:
I have been struggling with this bug without finding any solution for
months, with different versions of ubuntu (24.04.3 LTS after 22.04 LTS).
The bug has two "sides" :
1 - the suspend / hibernate mode starts on its' own, but only the screen, mouse
and keyboard are in deep sleep. Not the tower. Impossible to wake up and I have
to force it to shut down with the power off button. (this can also happened
when manually putting it into hibernate, but rarely)
2 - the screen, mouse and keyboard randomly stop working and are no longer
detected by the pc. Again : I have to force the shut down.
AMD contacts couldn't help after several conversations, suggested a
compatibility problem and said to ask "Ubuntu staff"...

solutions so far and no info about the HWE 24.04.3. I hope the
