Executes tests 1, 2, and 3 on noble and plucky. All tests passed. Note
on test 3, there is a pre-existing valgrind issue that is the same
before and after upgrading to the new version. Fips test was not
executed on plucky since there is no FIPS available for plucky.

  [SRU] Enabling FIPS causes SALT to be 8 bytes, but OpenSSL 3.0.2
  checks if SALT is < 16 bytes, breaking Dovecot and possibly other
  packages.
