** Description changed:

  [Impact]
The ufs controller reports not ready to accept UIC command during fwts S3
test, and disk lost connection, can’t do I/O anymore.

  [Fix]
Intel provides a series of patches to fix this issue

https://lore.kernel.org/linux-scsi/[email protected]/

+ included scsi/for-next and should be merged into v6.19
+ a2b32bc1d9e3 scsi: ufs: core: Fix invalid probe error return value
+ d968e99488c4 scsi: ufs: ufs-pci: Set UFSHCD_QUIRK_PERFORM_LINK_STARTUP_ONCE
for Intel ADL
+ d34caa89a132 scsi: ufs: core: Add a quirk to suppress link_startup_again
+ bb44826c3bdb scsi: ufs: ufs-pci: Fix S0ix/S3 for Intel controllers
+
  [Test]
Runs the following command on the device with ufs disk, and the disk should
keep working well after the test
- sudo fwts s3 --s3-multiple=30
+    sudo fwts s3 --s3-multiple=30

  [Where problems could occur]
It mainly preserves the hba->spm_lvl(desired UFS power management level)
before suspend and restore the value after resume for the ufs. It doesn't look
like to introduce any regressions.
