This message shows the problem, a file conflict between two packages:
ErrorMessage: trying to overwrite '/usr/libexec/docker/cli-
plugins/docker-compose', which is also in package docker-compose-plugin
(2.40.2-1~ubuntu.25.10~questing)
The package docker-compose-plugin doesn't come from the Ubuntu archive.
I believe you have that installed from a PPA or another package
repository. We can't control what outside packages install and where, so
there isn't much we can do about this bug.
If you want to use docker-compose-v2 from Ubuntu, you will have to
remove docker-compose-plugin what is not from Ubuntu.
