** Description changed: When wifi is disconnected by the user, the only action that usually happens in the top bar is the disappearance of the wifi connection icon. After installing the libvirt-daemon-system package, when wifi is disconnected, the wifi icon does disappear (as expected). However, in its place, a wired connection icon is displayed. On connecting to wifi again, the wifi icon replaces it. On disconnecting, the wired connection icon reappears. The wired connection icon is something like this : https://help.ubuntu.com/stable/ubuntu-help/figures/topbar-network- wired.svg. This has been reproduced on two laptops with Ubuntu 24.04.
