hundreds of those on boot. Reproducible with a daemon-reload. I strace'd
PID1 during a daemon-reload and saw about 30k instances of,
ioctl(99, TCGETS2, 0x7ffe88bbbe80) = -1 ENOTTY (Inappropriate ioctl
for device)
I don't think that's something to be concerned with, but the log spam is
a bit annoying.
