I actually chatted with their regular support about 2-3 weeks ago and they were no help. I called on the phone and pretty similar experience. They asked for the link to this ticket, but I haven't heard anything from them in the meantime. To talk to their "business" support, I imagine you would need a business contract/warranty in place. Mario, do you know anyone at HP who can actually get this fixed? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2088733 Title: low CPU frequency after wake up AMD Ryzen To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/linux/+bug/2088733/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
