I hope we can accept this SRU bugfix into release due to its simplicity
and logical correctness, while missing a user's verification.
- we only adjust the udev rule's run path from /usr/sbin/mdevctl to
/usr/bin/mdevctl
- the binary location in the package is in /usr/bin, so this fixes the rule to
use the binary location
- this only affects systems with mediated hardware, having mdevctl installed
and matching ENV{MDEV_STATE}=="registered" uevents, so only particular hardware
which is currently not working due to the wrong binary path
- regression potential for other systems is low, since the udev rule isn't
deployed or won't match for them
- mdevctl doesn't have reverse dependencies for regressions
