I forgot to add, after following the recommendation in the "UnreportableReason" field of the bug report, I attempted to report/send the bug, but I don't know if it occurred. So I followed "Step 3" of your instructions, but the link said that no report was filed. So it appears I'm unable to submit/transmit a bug report.
