I have this same problem, on Ubuntu 22.04, on a Lenovo ThinkPad P16s Gen 2 AMD (and the proposed OEM kernel). As @timodenissen said on an earlier comment, "Workaround/fix for the issue is plugging in a USB keyboard. After that the issue is gone and the external keyboard can be unplugged again".
