Hello, Thank you for the quick response. I cannot run 'apport-collect 2131182' on the affected kernel (6.8.0-87) because the regression in the 'amdgpu' driver causes the system to be unstable (GPU sensor missing, VMware 3D acceleration broken).
I have already manually attached the required kernel logs and diagnostics: 1. **I have provided SIX COMPARATIVE LOG FILES (.log files) from both the working kernel (6.8.0-84) and the broken kernel (6.8.0-87).** 2. These files are compressed into one attachment named **'rx9060xt_sensor_regression.tar.gz'**. The critical information you need is contained within that attachment. Please examine the 'dmesg' and 'full_dmesg' logs from the broken kernel (files ending in **'_BROKEN.log'**) to see the 'amdgpu: Fatal error during GPU init' and the subsequent failure to load the sensor/hwmon module. Could you please change the status to **Confirmed** and review the attached logs? Thank you for your assistance. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2131182 Title: [REGRESSION] AMDGPU sensor for Navi 44 (RX 9060 XT) broken in 6.8.0-85, -86, -87 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2131182/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
