 Oh, sorry, my bad, the generic kernel (6.14.0-36) is delayed, it's still in 
proposed channel

I confirmed that the 6.14.0-36-generic could work, you could wait a
while for the updates.

Or you can enable the proposed channel at 'Developer Options' of
'Software & Updates' application. Then do the commands below.

$ sudo apt install linux-generic-hwe-24.04=6.14.0-36.36~24.04.1 linux-
image-generic-hwe-24.04=6.14.0-36.36~24.04.1 linux-headers-generic-
hwe-24.04=6.14.0-36.36~24.04.1

If you have a nvidia card, you also need update the nvidia driver.
$ sudo apt install 
linux-modules-nvidia-580-open-generic-hwe-24.04=6.14.0-36.36~24.04.1+1
