I changed the timezone via Gnome settings -> System -> Date & Time.
I observed the wrong time in the Gnome clock on top of the screen when the
Bratislava timezone was selected. Date command and timedatectl displayed
correct data.

The problem with Gnome clock on top of the screen occurs also when timezone
is changed via command dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
