Please sync breezy 3.3.17-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Add patch
18_skip_public_http_url_construction_for_private_launchpad_branches: skip
public HTTP URL generation for private Launchpad branches. (LP: #2121884)
This is obsolete now that breezy has dropped support for Bazaar Launchpad
URLs as part of the removal of bzr support in Launchpad. So this patch can be
dropped.
