Moving to verification-done:
* We (CPC) have run both our internal validations (CTF) and Google's own CIT
suite against the candidate guest images
* Candidate images are built with the specific Google pkgs from
`-proposed`
* Google have also validated the guest images for us
* These images were also _not_ built with the above-mentioned
workaround implemented in the bootstrap, so the fix has come directly from the
pkg
* Also tested it again in the guest image for completeness:
