I've never tried to use fsc with NFS, but netfs is apparently
incompatible in a few ways with advanced NFS features (e.g. I just
learned, in speaking with a colleague, that NFS4.2's Client Side
Mirroring also doesn't work).

Obviously this isn't ideal, but even if it doesn't work extra effort
should be made to make LOCALIO and fsc mutually exclusive.  I can add
this work item to my TODO and get it fixed in upstream Linux but I don't
have an ETA due to other conflicting work.

For now, please don't use fsc with NFS loopback mounts if LOCALIO
enabled.
