Public bug reported:
Rust 1.91 was released on 30 October, 2025 and patched on 10 November,
2025. As time passes, the minimal supported Rust version (MSRV) of
crucial Rust-based packages in the archive increases. It is crucial to
keep up with upstream Rust development to ensure that Rust packages in
the Ubuntu archive build without issue.
Notably, this release includes RVA23 as a tier 3 target and uses LLVM 21
as the default backend.
