For the failing test tests/encrypt-bug-test, the test is confirmed to
be erroneous and was fixed in a later version:

https://gitlab.bacula.org/bacula-community-edition/bacula-
community/-/commit/58f58fc1efe0ad608ddedada5b78b2b9ee997075

For tests/multi-storage-test, this is a bug in bacula that causes it to
always fail on the Linux (lchmod always returns EOPNOTSUPP on Linux). It
was fixed in a later version of bacula:

https://gitlab.bacula.org/bacula-community-edition/bacula-
community/-/commit/f23d15b64f58251e1b2f56bfc19dddb7cb6c36db

So, at this point, all regression tests either pass or are expected to
fail due to errors in the tests or in bacula, these issues were fixed in
later versions of bacula but not in 9.6.7.
