I think few months ago Chromium was also affected, but now it is not
affected.

** Description changed:

After I switched to Wayland few months ago this issue was present. At
some point in the last few months it got resolved but now it happens
  again.

When scrolling through Visual Studio Code editor the scrolling panel
stutters (like the scroll moves more ahead and then returns).

I noticed this after yesterday's libnvidia-egl-wayland1 update so this
might be the cause of the regression.

+ Visual Studio Code (snap `code`) was updated 12 days ago. So it is not
+ the culprit. I updated it now and also updated GNOME, and the issue
+ persists.

- Visual Studio Code (snap `code`) was updated 12 days ago. So it is not the
culprit. It has a new update available today though.
-
-
- NOTE: I also updated many other packages yesterday so something else might be
the culprit, update log attached.
