Currently the autopkgtests are failing for both questing and resolute.
The root cause is that the autopkgtest is timing out, as it is
collecting data from /sys/kernel/debug/tracing/rv/enabled_monitors
This was reproducible on autopkgtests, as well as a local test on a VM,
runnibg the same command as the autopkgtest was running
This is actually a kernel bug, and is dependent on the LP #2132986 being
resolved.
