Public bug reported:
When I open a large PDF file in Papers (tested with a 15MB file),
loading it takes a while. During that time, Papers only shows a white
page with no indication that content is still being loaded. This makes
it seem like the PDF is broken or Papers can't open it.
In comparison, Evince shows a spinner with a "Loading" label before the
actual PDF content appears.
