+ - d/p/series: Drop wait-online-dns* which is incompatible with systemd v255
+ + d/control: Keep systemd dependency at v248
These thew me off a bit, because I was looking at those changes from the
point of view of the previous noble upload, and it's not there. But you
are describing these as changes in relation to the backport of
1.1.2-8ubuntu1.
