Yes, it started and it was working after the reboot, but no http logs were written, so I checked the haproxy logs with journalctl -h haproxy and saw the error message I posted. Since I had this problem before in a production server, I know that a restart of journald and haproxy solve the problem, when I gave Copilot all the symptoms and the workaround I use, it suggested that the haproxy service config required an override to add journald as a requirement
