[Impact]
Qualcomm's graphic driver does not work on RB4 board because necessary
firmware files are missing in Ubuntu's linux-firmware package.
[Fix]
To support graphics on Qualcomm RB4 platform, we need to backport the following
firmware files from the upstream:
qcom/a650_sqe.fw
qcom/a623_gmu.bin
qcom/qcs8300/a623_zap.mbn
[Test Case]
Install Ubuntu on the Qualcomm RB4 board.
Run a simple rendoring program such as 'kmscube'.
[Where problems could occur]
When we support the graphics driver (drivers/gpu/drm/msm/) for Qualcomm
IoT platforms.
