The quirk wasn't added until kernel 6.17:

Unfortunately, Ubuntu rarely seems to backport these quirks to older
kernels, and it's not a quirk that a user can manually activate.

Your best bet is to wait for 6.17 HWE kernel, or try oem kernel:
sudo apt install linux-oem-24.04d
