I downloaded wget http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-
base/daily/current/resolute-base-riscv64.tar.gz and followed the testing
instructions in

https://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/476/builds/345675/testcases/1318/results
to mount dev dev/pts, proc, sys and entered the chroot

apt-get update fails with
