Public bug reported:
in Resolute, python-moto has gotten out of sync with boto. While they
are maintained separately, both pull JSON endpoint definitions from AWS.
moto is an rdep of boto, and thus blocks migration of boto if they are
out of sync.
as of 20251209, this also affects Debian. jchittum reported in OFTC and
cjwatson volunteered to look at an upload for moto. In the meantime,
this acts a proposed-migration blocking ticket and tracking.
moto must move to > 5.1.1-4. once uploaded and sync'd/merged from
Debian, should unblock other projects.
