[Impact]
Audio does not work on Qualcomm IQ-X board because necessary audio
topology file is missing in Ubuntu's linux-firmware package.
[Fix]
Backport the following firmware files from the upstream:
qcom/x1e80100/X1E80100-EVK-tplg.bin
[Test Case]
Install Ubuntu on the Qualcomm IQ-X board.
Play an audio file.
[Where problems could occur]
When we support the audio for Qualcomm IQ-X platforms.
