For the time being, the libdrm upload will break the upgrade path from
noble -> plucky.
On the overall timeline this is OK, because 24.04.4 is scheduled for Feb
12, and plucky is EOL on Jan 15. But, that means we can't release libdrm
to noble-updates before plucky is EOL unless there is also a backport
for plucky.
What do you want to do there?
