Tested the combination of `linux-hwe-6.17-tools-6.17.0-9` and `linux-image-6.17.0-1005-aws` on a c8g.xlarge on AWS, resulting in `perf list`, `perf record`, `perf stat` and `perf report` giving me the results I expected. Do you have any plan to backport this to `linux-image-6.14.0`?
