Yes, the typing looks janky the same as in the video on that bug.
But this is a regression in my case.
It worked fine few weeks ago, until I upgraded libnvidia-egl-wayland1 to
version 1:1.1.13-1ubuntu0
(and some other packages, and potentially also Code)
