The internal camera is not detected.
All Intel IPU6 kernel modules (intel_ipu6, isys, psys) and
multiple sensor drivers load successfully, but no
/dev/media* or /dev/video* devices are created.
BIOS updated to 2.8.1.
Secure Boot disabled.
This looks like missing INT3472 / ACPI sensor enablement
for this specific Dell model.
