And that's because v4l2loopback upstream commit 5092ea9
(https://github.com/v4l2loopback/v4l2loopback/commit/5092ea9a7667564fbfc7e4e4ae9d8a2b2757649f)
breaks compatibility with gstreamer/noble. Using v4l2loopback-dkms
version 0.12.7-2ubuntu5+exp.1 from
https://launchpad.net/~canonical-hwe-team/+archive/ubuntu/experimental-dkms
is a known work-around.
v4l2loopback-dkms/noble version 0.12.7-2ubuntu5.1 is being SRU-ed in
https://launchpad.net/bugs/2114259 .
