I make my app (for example Text Editor) maximized on Screen 1. Then I
close it. Then open. Why it will be opened on Screen 2? Mouse pointer is
on the primary display, I expect to see Text Editor on Screen 1!

"It sounds like they're just starting too large and Mutter's constraints logic
can't decide which monitor to fit them to."
But before closing my maximized Text Editor was successfully located on Screen
1. How it can became too large? (perhaps side bar makes such bug?)

"manually resizing the app windows to be smaller"
non-maximized app works ok. I am talking about maximized window only.

** Summary changed:

- Full-screen apps always on non-primary display
+ Maximized apps always on non-primary display
