And? Are the resampled Elementary SVG derived icons at 2.0x suitable to use on your HiDPI display? Don't know why the Breeze and Sifr themes are not available, DE packaging I guess. And should you need a dark color scheme for some reason, the Colibre (SVG +dark) available might suffice.
