I am seeing the same message as Dirk.

If I manually prepend the location with "https://"; to
"https://example.com:143"; I get the following debug log when clicking on
"Get Certificate":

URI in getURI: https://<redacted>:143 exceptionDialog.js:157:11
URI scheme: https exceptionDialog.js:158:11
URI port: 143 exceptionDialog.js:159:11

Nothing else is logged, but I am still unable to confirm the security
exception. This time the button is disabled. See attached screenshot.
