Same situation as in my comment #49. The Add Security Exception windows
opens, "Location: trinity.localdomaion:143" (if I click View then TB
opens a new tab show the certificate data).

If I change the location to https://trinity.localdomaion:143, "View" and
"Confirm Security Exception" are disabled. I click on "Get Certificate"
then TB logs this to stderr.

console.log: "URI in getURI: https://trinity.localdomain:143";
console.log: "URI scheme: https"
console.log: "URI port: 143"

"View" and "Confirm Security Exception" remain disabled, one can only
Cancel the window.

What I don't understand: Why does this problem only affect the snap
version? I haven't taken a look at the source code but there has to be
running some different code in //gre/modules/Prompter.sys.mjs
(confirmEx@resource) (whatever that means) than in the Windows version.
