Hi, thanks for opening a bug report! Some additional information would help me narrow down where the problem is.
Is this a new issue after an upgrade or has this problem always happened with your Ubuntu installation? If it's a new issue, could you report back which kernel version it was last working with? If this has always been a problem, you can try installing and switching to a mainline kernel build to see if the problem has already been fixed upstream, we have some instructions for that here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/MainlineBuilds. It also may be helpful to upload logs from the system after it crashes. If you can't collect anything before it shuts down, you can try something like `journalctl -b -1 --system > ~/tmpdmesg` to get dmesg output from the previous boot. Since this is an issue with power management, it's possible this could also be a bug in the firmware/BIOS, you can try checking for an update for your motherboard's firmware from the manufacturer's website. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2136113 Title: Suspend crash on battery To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-hwe-6.14/+bug/2136113/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
